Terms and Conditions
Acceptance:
Customers acceptance of the services sold by UAS named on the invoice shall be full and final agreement. Unless a claim is raised by a customer in writing and is received within 3 days from invoice date.
Invoicing:
Customers shall receive invoice by email in adobe acrobat (PDF.) format unless agreed otherwise in writing. Each type of service has it's own billing system and categorized as follows & with their own prefix:

Disbursement fee shall apply at rate of 10% on third party charges and any other charges paid by UAS on behalf of the customer, this fee charged for UAS paying mostly in advance the third party providers on behalf of your company avoiding crews having to travel with cash money, which can be dangerous in certain locations. It also allows UAS to control the providers as we pay the bills and avoid "extra's" very frequently asked by some providers once the a/c is on the ground. Bank commission is payable to UAS as shown on the invoice, to cover bank charges/ costs
Third party supervision and assistance:
Fees charged by the agent for monitoring & supervising all the above services in handling and making sure it is provided on time and sufficiently besides receiving aircraft, marshalling, securing aircraft at parking bay, crew escorting and assistance, preparation for departure and Submission of Flight Plan/WX Notams report.
Coordination fees:
Standard fee for all services offered in this coordination as one package that cannot be broken down in separate items shown below. It allows UAS to coordinate the complete operations with staff on location to ensure smooth service and avoid defraud by handler on ground: Arrangements for Ground handling, Flight following and movement reporting, Catering, Transportation, Communications
Price Adjustment:
Third party charges may increase or decrease, with or without prior notice, shall reflect on the invoices as this change in price is not, of any reason, the responsibility of UAS.
Taxes & fees:
Any taxes or fees or other charge imposed by any governmental authority or other agency upon or paid by UAS and existing at the time of service provided, shall be billed and added to the charges payable by the customer. Failure to add such charges to any invoice shall not relieve the customer from liability therefore. Other services, such as intermediation services or transport services within a VAT country are taxable, even if the calculation of the price of these services is based on the prices of exempted services. The basic VAT rules apply throughout the EU, some countries within and also outside the EU have specific rules which must be adhered to when dealing with them
Payment terms:
Payment shall be made in the currency as specified on the invoice in FULL at the bank address shown on the invoice except as otherwise agreed to in writing. UAS reserves the right to suspend further services upon failure of customer to make any payment on time or if the customer's account is over limit or if UAS for any reason whatsoever deems itself unsecure towards the customer. UAS reserves the right to apply customer's payment to any outstanding invoices or obligations of the customer, as determined by UAS in their absolute discretion, without regard to aging of the account or the existence of any collateral of guarantees therefore.
Interest on late payment:
Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate determined by UAS in their absolute discretion and shall accrue after as well as before any judgment.
Important:
